About HRMLESS

Headquartered in Eureka, Montana, HRMLESS builds AI-powered hiring software on a simple premise: hiring is a major investment of time, money, and attention, so let’s fix the part that wastes all three.

The less overhead a hiring team carries, the more productive the rest of the company gets. That’s the whole thesis.

### What we build

Our platform uses AI and automation to take the repetitive work out of hiring — the scheduling, the screening, the rankings — so hiring teams can spend their time on the decisions that actually require judgment.

### How we build it

We simplify aggressively. You won’t find a thousand configuration points in our products (“nerd knobs” as we call them). We’d rather ship smart defaults that work on day one than hand you a settings page and call it flexibility.

### The unglamorous part

Hiring software touches people’s careers and a lot of regulated ground. Security and compliance aren’t roadmap items for us — they’re preconditions for shipping. We’d rather delay a feature than release one we aren’t confident in.
