### The differences that matter

- 1 Channels. HeyMilo screens over SMS, web forms, voice and video, and auto-scores resumes. HRMLESS runs a single AI voice interview and does not score resumes.
- 2 Anti-cheating. HeyMilo produces a trust score from its cheat detection. HRMLESS has no equivalent product: the recording and transcript are the evidence behind each score, and the score is produced from the conversation rather than from facial or emotion analysis.
- 3 Delivery to agencies. HeyMilo can be white-labelled and lists deep staffing-system coverage. HRMLESS runs under its own brand.
- 4 Where the rubric comes from. HeyMilo scores against per-role criteria with written reasoning. HRMLESS derives the weightings from interviews with the employer’s own top performers.

### Which one to choose

#### Choose HRMLESS when

- You want the competency model calibrated against your own high performers, not authored from scratch per role.
- Security review needs a published SOC 2 report and an independent bias audit up front.
- A single voice interview, done well, matters more than breadth of channel.

#### Choose HeyMilo when

- You are an agency or BPO that needs to present the interviewer under your own brand.
- Candidates need to be reachable by SMS and web form as well as by voice.
- Cheat detection with an explicit trust score is a requirement.
- Your pipeline lives in Bullhorn, Avionte or JobDiva and you want screening embedded there.

### Questions

Does HeyMilo run the interview itself?

Yes. HeyMilo runs two-way voice and video interviews with follow-ups, and also screens by SMS, web form and resume. HRMLESS runs one AI voice interview in the browser, recorded for review.

How does scoring differ between HeyMilo and HRMLESS?

HeyMilo returns scores with written reasoning against per-role criteria. HRMLESS derives the competency weightings from interviews with your own top performers and links each score to the moment in the recording it came from.

What does HeyMilo publish about security and responsible AI?

SOC 2 is referenced on HeyMilo’s demo page and its FAQ states that third-party bias audit checks are run, but we could not find a dedicated security page or the audit report itself. HRMLESS publishes both through the Trust Center.

Who is HeyMilo the better choice for?

Staffing agencies and BPOs that need multilingual, multi-channel screening under their own brand, embedded in systems like Bullhorn, Avionte or JobDiva.
