How HRMLESS works
HRMLESS interviews everyone who applies and scores them against what matters for the role. You get a summary, a score, and the full transcript behind it.
Two things worth knowing:
- Scores are suggestions, not decisions. A person reviews every result. HRMLESS never rejects anyone on its own.
- You can always check a score. The transcript and recording sit next to it, so you can see exactly why someone scored the way they did.
Building an integration?
The Developer section covers the API, authentication, the Python SDK, and low-code options.
